Smith Llewelyn Partnership are looking to recruit a qualified solicitor or CILEX to join us.

 

The Role

The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a team and on their own.  They need to have excellent communication skills.  They will report to the Department Supervisor and help with the further development of the department.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

 

Key Tasks

  • To be responsible for the running of your own files under supervision and assisting in the non-contentious department.
  • To work at all times in an approachable and professional manner.
  • To build links with existing and potential clients and referrers
  • To deal with Registrations

 

Essential

  • Excellent Client Care Skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Organised and the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Computer literate and the ability to work with Case Management systems, Word, Excel and the Land Registry Portal and the online Stamp duty portals for both England and Wales.
  • Be able to carry out your own Land Registrations.
  • Excellent Numeracy and Literacy skills.
