Following the successful completion of her Law Degree in 2015 and Legal Practice Course in 2016 – both undertaken at Swansea University – Charlotte began her legal career and she subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in May 2019. She joined Smith Llewelyn Partnership in 2025.
Charlotte has a wealth of experience in dealing with a wide range of all family law such as children disputes, divorce, finance matters, separation and cohabitation agreements and cases involving domestic abuse. Charlotte represents a wide variety of clients including parents, grandparents and wider family members on a legally aided or privately paying basis.
Charlotte appreciates that her clients require her help when they are at their most vulnerable and so she prides herself in offering her clients clear, understandable and accurate advice and representation whilst also dealing with their matter with the sensitivity and compassion it deserves. Charlotte will always passionately strive for the best outcome possible for her clients.
