Lasting Powers of Attorney and Office of the Public Guardian
Lasting Powers of Attorney allow for a person to appoint one, or more than one person, to act on their behalf in relation to both their property and affairs and their health and welfare. These documents are essential in both allowing someone to act now or in the future for example in the event of mental incapacity. Where a person has not put in place a Lasting Power of Attorney then a Deputy may have to be appointed and we can assist with this.
